• KoKo Huna Chocolates can’t accept returns or exchanges because chocolates are perishable.
• Report damaged, melted-from-shipping, or incorrect orders within 24 hours at kokohunachocolates@gmail.com.
• Include order number and clear photos of damaged product and packaging for review.
• Replacements or store credit may be offered at KoKo Huna Chocolates’ discretion.
• Not responsible for heat melting at delivery location or unattended packages; use expedited summer shipping.
• Orders cancelable within 2 hours; products may contact nuts, dairy, soy; no returns for allergic reactions.
