Refund policy
At KoKo Huna Chocolates, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted chocolates. Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Orders If your order arrives damaged, melted due to a shipping issue, or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at kritabhorganics@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging
We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion, depending on the situation.
Melting Disclaimer Chocolates are sensitive to heat. We are not responsible for melting caused by high temperatures at the delivery location or if the package was left unattended after delivery. We recommend choosing expedited shipping during summer months.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
Allergies & Ingredients All our products may contain or come in contact with nuts, dairy, and soy. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering. We cannot accept returns due to allergic reactions if allergen information was available at the time of purchase.
