Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Timeframes Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, etc.) — 1–2 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 1–2 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹1000/-
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99/- applies to orders below this amount
5. Temperature & Packaging Our chocolates are carefully packed to withstand transit conditions. However, as chocolates are heat-sensitive, we recommend:
- Choosing expedited shipping during summer months (March–June)
- Ensuring someone is available to receive the package promptly
KoKo Huna Chocolates is not responsible for melting or quality degradation caused by heat exposure after the package leaves our facility.
6. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order through the courier's website.
7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
8. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement or store credit as appropriate.
