3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes. We accept payments through the methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Orders & Cancellations By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation as processing may have begun.
5. Shipping & Delivery We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays. KoKo Huna Chocolates is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the courier.
6. Perishable Nature of Products Our chocolates are perishable and temperature-sensitive. We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery or heat exposure during transit beyond our control.
