Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Only within Gurgaon (Gurugram) and Delhi NCR for now. We don't ship to other cities or internationally yet. Not sure if your area is covered? WhatsApp us before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are made and packed within 1–2 business days, then usually reach you in 1–2 business days after dispatch. Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders of ₹500 and above. Orders below ₹500 have a flat ₹99 fee.

Will the chocolates melt in transit?

We pack every order to handle transit. In summer (March–June), please choose expedited shipping and make sure someone can receive the parcel promptly. Don't leave it in a hot car or doorway.

Freshness & Storage

How long do the chocolates stay fresh?

Bonbons are best within 3 weeks. Chocolate bars are best within 9 months. We use no artificial preservatives, so fresher is better.

How should I store them in Indian heat?

Put them in the fridge as soon as they arrive. That's how we store them too.

  • Seal them first: keep the box inside an airtight container or a zip-lock bag. This protects the chocolate from moisture and fridge smells (onion, masala, etc.).
  • Take them out 15–20 minutes before eating: let them warm up a little while still sealed. That keeps water from forming on the chocolate and brings back the full flavour and snap.
  • If they've softened in transit: chill them in the fridge for 20–30 minutes, still sealed, before you open the box.

A thin white film on the surface (called bloom) comes from moisture or temperature changes. It's safe to eat, and keeping the chocolates sealed prevents it.

Gifting

Are your boxes gift-ready?

Yes. Our boxes arrive elegantly packed, no wrapping needed.

Can I add a gift message or ship to someone else?

Yes, anywhere in Gurgaon or Delhi NCR. Enter the recipient's address at checkout, then WhatsApp us your order number and gift message, and we'll include it with the box.

Ingredients & Allergens

Do your chocolates contain allergens?

Our chocolates contain or may contain milk, soy (lecithin), peanuts, tree nuts and sesame. Check each product page for details. Because everything is made in the same kitchen, we can't guarantee any product is allergen-free.
